Landcare Australia
Landcare Australia is an independent, national non-profit organisation founded in 1989.
For over 35 years, Landcare Australia has worked at the forefront of community and corporate engagement in environmental conservation and sustainable land management with activities that protect and conserve Australia’s land, water, soils, plants, animals and ecosystems.
Queanbeyan Landcare have undertaken over 40 environmental rehabilitation projects, removing rubbish, planting, fencing, weeding, providing for recreational access, and maintaining sites over time. Funds have been raised for plants, equipment and works, and representation made to council and government. Contact us here.

Landcarer Community Hub
Landcarer is a community hub by Landcare Australia to share events, publish stories and education resources, and discuss ideas about conservation, sustainable land management, agriculture and community wellbeing. It brings together individuals, groups, and organisations from across Australia to connect, learn, and stay informed.
Landcarer is free to join and you can list events, publish blog posts and education resources, and share announcements with the wider community.
